Guest Service Agents – Position Summary

*To assist guests on all aspects of their stay, from arrival to departure* completes reservations*Answers telephone and in person inquiries* handles payment transactions and balancing of their shift*computer posting*generates reports for room division managers* performs any other guest service functions as assigned by their manager

Night Auditor – Position Summary

       *This is a part time position * must be willing to work 11pm until 7:00am* duties are the same as guest service agent along with additional duties necessary to complete night audit responsibilities* night audit duties include reconciliation of the day’s transactions and preparation of financial reports

Room Attendants – Position Summary

*To clean and maintain guest rooms per company standards*any other duties or special projects assigned by Director of Housekeeping*position may require prolonged standing, the ability to lift over 30 pounds, and exposure to dirt, odors, and noise.

Houseperson – Position Summary

       *To clean and maintain all assigned areas per company standards*any other duties or special projects assigned by Director of Housekeeping*position may require prolonged standing, the ability to lift over 30 pounds, and exposure to dirt, noise, and odors

Cook - Position Summary

       *Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance to standard set by the Executive Chef*assists with all aspects of food production*complete any duties as assigned by the Executive Chef*part time weekend cook needed, also a PM line cook needed

Cocktail Server – Position Summary

       *Service tables in the Lounge*any additional duties as assigned by Food and Beverage managers*this is a part time position

 Room Service Attendant – Position Summary

       *This is a part time weekend position, needed for AM and PM shifts*preparation and delivery of food and beverage orders to guest rooms according to hotel specifications*complete any additional duties as assigned by management

Banquet Porter – Position Summary

       *Responsible for set up of banquet space*will assemble tables and chairs in specified configuration*ability to lift 50 pounds*any other duties or special projects as assigned by Food and Beverage managers*this is a part time position.

Banquet Servers – Position Summary

       *Responsible for providing exemplary food and beverage service to banquet guests*set up and breakdown of buffet stations*set and clear banquet tables*complete any other duties as assigned by food and beverage managers*position requires the ability to carry 20 pounds*all shifts available, a.m., p.m., weekends, weekdays

Lifeguards – Position Summary

      *Responsible for the safety of our hotel guests using the pool*must have Red Cross Lifeguard Certification

Catering Manager – Position Summary

      *Experience required*responsible for the selling and full detailing of catered events held at the hotel*emphasis on social catering and weddings*must be detail oriented, outgoing, and possess good communication skills*weekend hours required
